Andrew H. Davis, Jr.
Andrew H. Davis, Jr.'s practice concentrates in all areas of trust and estate planning and administration, from planning and drafting testamentary documents through the administration of decedents' estates. He has also served as trusted counsel to many family businesses and helped them through successful transitions as well as assisted when they were faced with receivership or bankruptcy.
Andy is a 1959 graduate of Brown University (A.B.) and 1962 the University of Virginia School of Law (LL.B). He is admitted to practice in both Rhode Island (1963) and Massachusetts (1962). His peers recognized and honored him by electing him in 1981 as a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel www.actec.org.
He is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the Home for Aged People of Fall River, MA, the Haffenreffer Museum of Providence, RI, The Bradley Hospital, The Bethany Home of Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra.
